i'm a little bit cranky. just found out last night that they cancelled my fiction workshop for the spring and put me in another class without any notice. um...gee...thanks. i had a dream schedule worked out and now it is all wonky again. i emailed another prof to try and get in on his monday class and am trying to brainstorm plan b, but arg. good thing i'm having lunch with schoolmates today so i can get some reassurance that it will work out ok.
on the upside though, i did get a ticket to see david sedaris again in may. i guess he is doing a benefit show for my school and the scholarship program and since i get one of those scholarships, i mean, i just have to support right? hehe. regardless, he is fantastic and i am really looking forward to hearing him speak again.
